What kind of training does Job 1 provide?
A 20-minute training may not seem enough to get results.
But wait until you try out Jennifer’s innovative functional training.
You attack multiple muscle groups every day, sweating all over your body, being strong, cheered and achieved.
You can devote three days to strength training. Jennifer knows that the best work continues to challenge you, so each strength training has a different structure that helps you make progress and build strength without adding bulk.
There’s also a day of HIIT to create endurance cardio and dial in for stamina builds, improves energy and fat burns.
Jennifer is renowned for her incredible motivations at the gym, especially on the bike.

They are completely optional, but if you have a beach body bike or another stationary bike at home, you can choose to add diversity to your routine to do these workouts on aerobic day.

What equipment do I need for Job 1?
You need a light dumbbell, a heavy dumbbell, and a resistance loop to run Job 1.
Optional cycling training requires a stationary bike.
Superblock is when the supertrainer remakes one of the original programs in the Bodi block format: four programs (or “blocks”) each are followed by “Up Week” (representing “Up Progress”) for three weeks to reset and recover.
Job 1 Super Block It’s three weeks long and has three strengths and two cardio exercises that are perfect for all fitness levels.
Start with targeted strength training, sweat on a full HIIT day, challenge with dumbbells and resistance loops, and perform weight movements with minimal rest.
Ends weekly with classic strength training and weight intervals to help you build muscle, endurance, and torch fat.
Jennifer’s high energy Bike 1 Super Block Job 1 spin 1 concept: 20 minutes of work, ride five times a week for three weeks.
It uses a variety of terrain and ride styles to focus on endurance, strength, speed, and power.

Who is Jennifer Jacobs?
Jennifer holds eight fitness and nutrition certification combinations from some of the nation’s top accreditation bodies.
In addition to being certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and fitness nutrition specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), she is also an indoor cycling instructor certified through Schwin and the American Athletics Association (AFAA).
Jennifer is a former senior peloton instructor known for her functional training training and heart-warming cycling classes, so she helps her stay accountable and unleash her best self.
