What is the recommended Superblock for a healthy diet?

When will I get to access Superblock?
Superblock will start on the first Monday of the “start month” with all workouts and videos available. You can start with a qualifying purchase that day or the next day.
In 2024, there will be three superblocks.

- Xtend Barre (March)
- What’s certain (August)
Everything will be available in advance on the first day of the month before To start the date, you can purchase or unlock it and prepare for a superblock.
For example, the Superblock, Xtend Barre, and Presale in March 2024 will start on February 1st, while the Superblock will start on March 4th.
Once unlocked, that superblock will remain in the Bodi library as long as you have an active Bodi subscription, but you will need a Bodi subscription to purchase, unlock and access Superblocks. The 2024 Superblock will be available on the Bodi Library a few months after its release.

How do I access the Superblock?
There are several ways to unlock superblocks and additional superblocks.
To start with, you can purchase a Total-Solution Pack or Completion Pack. Essential Collection is the perfect choice to build a health respectful routine. You can also access Superblock when you first purchase a qualified nutrition subscription. ‡ With your pack or initial nutrition subscription purchase, you can Get 2 latest superblocks for free When “Add to Cart”.
What if I already have a nutritional subscription? Renew your qualifying subscription with Super Block’s Presale Month to unlock that upcoming Super Block for free. For example, the July 2024 update will unlock the August 2024 Superblock. Updates are eligible for free superblock only for the previous few months.
What if I only need a standalone superblock? You can access individual superblocks for $29 (prices vary by locale). However, if you choose to unlock this superblock, you will need an active Bodi subscription to do so.

Surely a super block
