Bike block

Every week, you will encounter a variety of rides, from gentle hills and steep climbs to interval and endurance sessions, as well as targeted weightlifting that will strengthen your bike’s inside and outside.
If you’re not only enjoying cycling, but also want overall tone and strength, this hybrid plan is for you.
Iron block
Traditional weightlifting, combined with cutting-edge split training, helps you optimize muscle building while dialing calorie burns.
It’s your one-stop shop and defines it as a more lean chunk so get your bench and grab your weight – it’s time to go.
Beginners only
Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or building on a foundation, your favorite body trainer will guide you through the foundation of your movement in just 3 weeks! You can have fun through all the low impact aerobic exercise, strength, core and mobility training, but you can feel it empowers the movements you can master.
Mind + Body
It has little impact. More mindfulness. Incredibly incredible with Pilates, Barrel, Power Yoga and Repair Yoga. With the barrage, I carve it from front to back. Strengthen your center with Pilates. Builds the strength, balance and flexibility of power yoga. Finish with restorative yoga every week to soothe your body and calm your mind. When you feel this inside, it definitely appears outside.
