Congratulations! You made it through your end Period Portal I’m on the other side. Menopause aspect.
With menopause, you may lose your period, but it will be even longer. Many women see social expectations, obligations and norms fly out the window as they enter this life. They are left to themselves. Confidence, full of life, complete power.
After menopause, you are told you simply stop giving f*#% flying
While there may be socially induced anxiety about leaving a long-standing fertility rate, menopause brings its own gift and ability.
Time to reflect
You may still be feeling the prolonged effects of your fluctuating hormones, or you may have been revived for a long time without menstruation. No matter where you are on your postmenopausal journey, it’s time to give yourself the opportunity to reflect on.
A long-standing reflection of bloodshed. A year to understand the nuances of your body, and how to carefully move the life movements of a woman’s body.
The days of aggressive bleeding may be over, but you still retain the cycle of menstruation and fluctuations in your body.
The same cycle reflecting the wax and decline of the moon, the highest and lowest tides, and the entire cycle of life.
An elevated gift
People have the ability to activate different aspects of themselves in different parts of their menstrual cycle. Your ability to touch your cycle does not decrease at the end of your period. If anything, it is elevated.
Humans are one of the only mammalian species whose members do not naturally die at the end of the reproductive year, so it is safe to say that menopause women are still doing what they should do in the world.
The end of a potential birth year means the beginning of a new cycle of life. It is something that actively pursues the mission of life without distracting. A new stage of stepping into the role of wisdom keeper and wise woman.
It’s not that you weren’t wise before, but there are perks in the chronology!
The bigger stages of life are monthly cycles. These shifts can be more subtle. They come without bleeding and cramps, but are just as strong.
practice
So, how do you adjust it to your cycle after menopause?
With deep listening. Much of the excess and distraction disappears once the year of reproduction is over. It offers more space to hear the gentle decline and flow of your natural rhythm.
A quick vibration between emotionally motivated or retracted and introspective sensations. This can be compared to the contrast between menstruation and ovulation.
However, if there is no clear indicator of vaginal blood or discharge, it must be involved in other sensations.
Take note when you feel these different energies surges and try tracking them in your journal. Within a few months, you will be able to see the patterns clearly and with this knowledge you will be able to work more intelligently to harmonize with your flow.
Set goals
Menopause is the time to inspire, enlighten and overtake the restrictions that you have previously placed on yourself. Knowing the innate cycle will help you plant seeds effectively for fruitful harvests.
Spend time with yourself, especially in nature, when you know you are in an introspective place. Looking back on the goals you want to achieve in the next cycle. This is planting seeds. Think of this as a post-menopausal stage without any hassle.
It will make things happen
Within a few weeks, you find yourself constantly pushing your creativity, going out into the world and in a space that will make things happen. This is your ovulation stage. This is the time of conception. Imagine ideas and plans that have been fired for actions.
What steps should we take to achieve our goals? This is when you do them.
Your postmenopausal year asks you to take risks. Gambling in life to make the most of your year.
This adjustment in the subtle cycle can sometimes start to get “ping” – an idea that wants to be lively. Lists the items that should list the buckets. A project that needs to be born in the world. Menopause is a time when new passions can arise without the uncertainty associated with younger adults.
Now you have the space to pursue and accept your passion without apologizing or hesitation. So please do so.
The time has come
What was you wanted to do? Want to create it? To learn? Now is the time to do that.
To fully respect a woman’s life and everything it encompasses, people need to collectively respect the beauty that comes with every stage of life. This attitude of gratitude helps to alienate people towards fear, uncertainty and prospects of understanding in the body.
Understanding the meaning of being human and what it means to be a woman.
